How to get in touch

Use the contact form on deb0.com, the personal site of the developer who builds and runs Tax Forms. It is a different site, which is why this page exists rather than a link that drops you somewhere unexpected.

1. Open deb0.com.
2. Scroll to the Contact section at the foot of the page.
3. Fill in your name, your email and your message, then send it.

What to include

For anything that went wrong, the two things that actually help are what you were doing and what happened instead. If a line on a form was filled with something you did not expect, the line number and the form are enough to find it.

Please do not send your Social Security number, a filled return, or a document with your financial details in it. Nothing that can be answered needs them, and email is not a good place for them to sit.

Deleting your account

You do not need to ask. Deleting an individual form removes its answers, its audit trail and the filled PDF; deleting your whole account removes those plus every document you uploaded, the facts kept for next year, and your sign-in. Both are in your list of forms.

Reporting a security problem

Use the same form, and say so in the first line. If you have found a way to reach data that is not yours, report it before testing how far it goes — you do not need to prove impact first, and the Security page describes what the protections are meant to be.

What this is not

Not a tax helpline. Nobody here can tell you which filing status to choose, which deduction applies to you, or whether a number is to your advantage — those are judgements, and the terms are explicit that they remain yours. For those, talk to a qualified tax professional.
